It is revered to be the Satanic Bible, however it was a made thing by HP Lovecraft, used in many of his stories.
Botton line, if you truely dable in the dark arts, you will;
1. Go insane
2. Turn to Christ
3. Die
You may gain powers temporraily but the end result is always the same.

  The book in question is BELIEVED to be similar to the Egyptian's "Book of the Dead", full of various spells of LIFE. (Just like in the most current Mummy movies.) It supposedly allowed the user to re-animate the dead and some spells were person specific to restore their soul to the body. The Necronomocron version is believed  to be rather non specific in where ANY soul, good or evil, to inhabit a body. It can also be used to ban evil spirits from this plane of existance. Other views included spells like time and dimensional travel, slowing aging etc. It is also said to explain the human concept of death. No one can really agree on which culture the book originated with, some say it's Druid, others say Nordic. Both SUPPOSEDLY have surviving pages of original copies in museums somewhere. One must remember that the word "Necro" generally means Dead or Death. For some reason, "Satanists" like the concept of the non specific nature and the whole Necro part so they think it is a strictly dark magic tome from The Fallen One himself. Anybody can corrupt ANYTHING to suit their purposes and usually will. An actual good idea of the book's intent can be seen in the classic movie Army of Darkness. The book brings back an evil army of undead but the "goodly" wizards could use the SAME book to defeat said evil. I was surprised how close to accurate they got that part, as most normally focus on the supposed Satanic uses and ignore the non-specific origins. Anyway, I started the other comment as a joke, not to mislead ya'll into thinking I am some evil wizard out to corrupt the "innocent" souls of all out there.
  At least I kept my comments about that faulty guide book we all lovingly know as The Holy Bible....  okay.. okay.. ya'll caught me.. I have MANY issues with Organized Religions and Blind Faith..

Dont wWorry bro I dont judge. I know its a matter of faith.  And excuse us of going of topic there a little bit is just that I didn't know the english word for that book. I cant expect you to have the same experiences as me. I must add with all do respect that it haven't been easy to continue this path, and in some things we may agree. But for me I seen a thruthful change.

  On a personal note..

 I grew up in Daytona Beach, FL.. MANY Spring Breaks' under my belt.. I've experienced a few Daughters of Pastors in my time and "witnessed" their wicked ways!!     I remember distinctly one especially frisky young brunette and an VERY interesting late night pool diving board. Could of done without the scratches on my back though...    I can only hazard a guess as to what the Sons do..

Sweet, yes, sort of; the Papyrus of Ani is supposedly more current than the Necronomocron which is pure speculation of course. It's funny really what Organized Religion does to people, spells, reanimation etc. And on that note:
