 some of this tweaks involve registry but it wont damage your phone only to make it better. I tried like four programs to tweak my phone successfully. Ill try to post them all if I could find the cabs.  There all freewares!

 This way I made my internet faster, tweaked the zoom bar for scrolling. and some other cool hacks. Good luck!
