I've dug around xda trying to figure this out but probably just haven't come upon the right page yet.  Anyway, how do you change the touchflo skin?  the phone's "theme" settings only seem to change the winmo gui appearance, not the touch flo.  Does touchflo have its own independent appearance options?  The only thing I see is changing the wallpaper.

Thanks

I'm still new to touchflo (after coming from an incite which didn't have it).  I do know that touchflo consists of several xxxx_manila files that make up the appearance.  There's an app for viewing/editing these over at xda (I believe it's called Manila Editor).  There's also an addon called Max Manila which I'm using.  It allows you to have fullscreen, add notification buttons, change the clock style and switch between standard/panoramic wallpaper and the animated weather background.  There are also some themes floating around too.  Basically, what I've discovered is that touchflo isn't the most user friendly when it comes to customization.

I use the MaxTTM TF3D editor from XDA, it works great and I have used a ton of the mix and match add-ons from his thread. I use the 4.1 cab from here:

You have to be running a custom rom with manila 2.5.  I am running the latest 2.7 beta version of max manila against a rom with htc sense (manila) 2.5.1921

Ok so I revisited changing the theme this weekend after just letting it sit a while and found a lot of progress.  MaxTTM 4.1 is great and lets you change the look of most aspects of the tf3d appearance and is pretty easy to use.  Read up here at xda:

The only thing I still haven't figured out is how to get the wallpaper to apply to all the time.  Its on my home screen, but the rest of the functions have that damn AT&T logo in the backround.  Anyone had any luck with this?

Better to just flash a rom (Energy!).  Make a donation to XDA to make installation  easier.  Its just a couple bucks and makes the process a lot easier

I wasted a lot of time trying to just tweak the stock rom's appearance.  Energy is great.
