Hi, my name is Bruce Inman. I am a 4 year senior member of XDA.
I have been tweaking these WinMo devices for years and have acquired alot of knowledge over that time.
I am no developer, I don't code, or write scripts and am only experienced with what I have been exposed to.  I just know enough to make me happy with my device. I have also cooked ROMs and played around with various kitchens.
With that said, I have been asked to come here and offer my support and knowledge to other PURE owners.
I generally stay away from device specific forums as I will eventually upgrade, but I have made some great friends through these forums and I really do enjoying helping others.
You will start to see my posts soon and my hope is that they will enlighten and educate.
My only request is that you search before asking a question.  I understand that terminology can be confusing and it is not always easy to ask about something if you don't understand what you're asking for.
That's where I come in. I will try to give the most complete description with anything I post to introduce new users to the terminology and make searching easier. So don't make me Google slap you!   Grin
I realize that some of what I post will be redundant, but it's better to know too much than not enough.

Don't let him downgrade himself ya'll.. this fellow knows his stuff! I'd still be trying to figure some of this out  if it wasn't for him. And I agree, try search here 1st, because Bruce is a "Google Guru" and will get ya for being too lazy!
 I've pre-read some of his stuff here and I can say, ya'll gonna like it.

Just an FYI, I am off to perform at the Orange County Fair today so I will be off line today and this evening.

Ahh, opening day today isn't it?? Have fun and stay COOL, Bruce!  Though I'm sure down there in Costa Mesa, it's not nearly as hot as where I'm at in the I/E (home anyways) or work in the San Gabriel Valley...  10:30am and already 90 degrees, lol!

I've only been once myself (two years ago) but I liked it, it was fun.  I still prefer the LA Fair, but the O/C definitely has the more homely feel to it in comparison.  B)
