hack for overclocking without underclocking

To everyone this app does work perfectly. Tried it myself before posting, it is made with our device as base, so if done right it should work for you. No hang or damage involve. Just remember that 710 mhz is the limit that our devices can handle. But in mine it set itself to 633mhz so lockup no problems for two days. Just better-speed and functionability. Posted original thread because everyone should read before working on it you'll need a reg editor prog and a file explorer that reads dll files.
