so I tried this before posting here to try to maximise performance nbefore posting here and helping others. By using this cab I disabled the start menu. It gave me free 20mb at least on the program memory. For replacement I use a version I had like two years ago of panoramic launch pad. So I can post here for anyone who are intrested.
Awesome, memory more stable. And please reply, because Im in a search for making our phones the best wm out there.  Grin

Any pics of the different menu, or would that be in the XDA link?  Sounds like a good tweak though, anything to make the phone perform quicker...  Wink

Ok, just read the entire XDA thread, sounds like it might not work on our phones.  A Pure owner reported the program didn't work, and only made the standard icons larger...

You could replace with QuickMenu for a Windows-like sart menu.

First of all I will be posting pic later of launch pad. REmember if you have a Custom rom most likely youll be using winmo 6.5x so use the proper cab. Also I used the keu remaping tool that bruce posted on his tweaking thread, so I could start the launchpad with the start hard key. But I didn't post here because everyone should visit his threads for great info. Almost everytime Im tweaking I pm him to be  sure.
Another thing is that the prog launcnpad gives you the feature of adding the soft start button whivh youll loose after properly addin this start menu disabler cab. But as I have the remaping tool from bruce's thread I disable the start button on the prog and just use the hard button.

Sorry for not posting pictures I went to the movies to see the expendables, but I must add that  with panoramic launchpad that I posted it gives you a section for favorite program. Also you can put favorite contacts and it highly customizable. And it the top arrow there is a small task mannager. Also by clicking the buttons under and keep them pressed it'll give you the option menu where you can place your photos as its background and change a few more thing. I serched the web and it is the best I could find and this is a legaly paid app that im sharing. I had it for like two years on a palm treo750 I have.

Joe, thanks for the pics.  The menu looks great!  Also what ROM are you running, I love how it looks, definitely what I'd want my Pure to look like!   Cool

Its easy to find over at xda I have a copy but I dont think I should pass that on or if it passses over the-file limit here. So go on to xda find the pure thread and look for energy series. Easy and fast.

Oh yeah, no worries!  I'd want to read up on it first anyways to see if it's what I'd be looking for in a ROM.   Cool
