Need help with my new HTC pure

I´m already made the hard reset. Now, everithing is allright. But when I try to make my settings and remove some home screen tabs this problems happens again and I need to make hard reset again. And appears the same error with arkswitch.exe. What the hell are happening here?
I try a second time and this happens again.

When the phone is in lock screen and I receive a message the screen doesn't turn on. how can I change this option?

Ok bro so I have ann energy rom myself I must say at a time it gave me some bugs but its all fixed. I recommend that you read bruce's post on a special hard reset you should do but please read carefully. Also, try the newest version on energy rom. My error and it may be your so check in the setting if you changed any on the carrier name that appears at the top so it wont interfear with other settings.
Or try this.... Do a hard reset before rom upgrade. Also try tje newest up to date and try the energy cookie. Dont use the themed versions they can use more memory after you finish and see that every thing is correct search in the apps section and do a tweak I posted which is called removing the start menu. Do it it will give you more memory espacially ram which we need the most. Also dont go crazy customizing everything on your cookie rom because it involves a lot of memory waste which may be one of the causes of the problem.

 Ok this problem I had before the last I did is a hard reset with the storage card out and then when set it put the card in. But you can do this better do a complete backup of your sd on the computer. Then do a format, remember to leave it in FAT32 version then copy all back. Then it will work.
    But if you want just go delete the storage 2 folder, take the sd out then try put it back.
