Just changed my startup screens to the Wondows Phone 7 ones.  Much nicer than what ATT provides.   Wink

Just place a GIF file into Windows folder and us Advanced Config to change your startup animation.
I have this explained in my help section.

I´m already do this, but the ATT image doesn´t disapear. This just change a little part of logon.Another way?

There's 2 different images to change... The ATT spash screen ( a .PNG file) and the actual HTC animation as it's called which is a .GIF file.  Those are what what will change your entire startup screen sequence, unless you want to go further and change the Carrier's splash sreen as well.  All of it is done via Advanced Config like Bruce said.  But you have to get the exact filename and location correct for it to work right.  I wrote down where the files are at so I could enter it correctly.  Worked perfectly upon first try!   Cool

Actually there are 3 images if you count the initial boot screen, but this can only be flashed through the RUU once you have HSPL. You can also control the speed of the startup gif animation though Advanced Config (higher number = longer length)
I was getting a black screen before the Welcomehead appeared and set my animation from 50 to 100 and it worked great.

Typically if the program is cooked into the ROM it can't be uninstalled.
You can go into Windows\Start Menu\Programs and remove the link.

It could be the quality of your SD Card, the quality of the video, or the buffer settings in WMP that could be at issue.

I can play movies in divx player very well, but i cant do the same in WMP, so I think thats because buffer settings.how can I change it?

About the logon screen, I´m already do what you write for splash screen, but in point 5, it doesn't create a nbh file, but a nb file. SO, when I try to flash it, occurs a error: The update utility cannot open the requested file. Please check your update utility. WHat can I do?
Can you make me this rom? I will attach bmp file here.

First, this won't work unless you have HSPL installed.
Second, it appears that my instructions contained an error, it is the Splash.nbh file that you need to flash. I have fixed the instructions accordingly.
For WMP, try adjusting buffer length to the highest settingl.
I made the Splash.nbh for you.

What did you install? Sounds like you will have to hard reset.
