First read here about HSPL.
Then check your phone to see if its been HSPL'd.
If not, follow the instructions.
Then search for WM 6.5 PT ROM

HSPL (Hard SPL), as stated in my guide, unlocks your device to be able to accept ROMs that are not "Stock" for your phone. Meaning you can load cooked ROMs or other stock ROMs such as a PT ROM.
To check to see if your phone has HSPL, you do a soft reset by pressing the little red button under the stylus while holding the volume down button at the same time. A tri (3) colored screen will appear with some numbers and other info on it. One of these numbers is your SPL:.
If you are on SSPL, it will say SPL: 1.83.00 or something similar.
If you are on HSPL, it will say SPL: 1.83.Olinex
You cannot flash to another ROM, unless it says Olinex at the end.

I still haven't received the mobile phone and home ...
the mobile phone I bought was an AT & T HTC PURE; can you see if it is HSPL with this information?
If it isn't HSPL what can I do to solve the problem?

Yes, I just gave you directions to check to see if it is HSPL'd.
If not, you would have to go here and follow the procedures step by step.

1. Hard reset your phone by holding both volume keys while soft resetting with the stylus (pressing the little red button under the stylus) hold the volume keys until the white screen appears then follow the on screen prompts.
2. Turn of ALL antivirus and firewalls, and make sure your PC does not go into sleep mode or screen saver and do not open or run any other programs.
3. Sync your phone through Active Sync or WMDC and make sure "enable wireless connection while sync'd is selected during sync set-up.
4. Using the file explorer in Active Sync, copy the enablerapinew.cab to your phone (put in on your storage card or in your documents folder and remembre where you saved it to)
5. Using the File explorer on your phone, usually found in your programs folder tap the .cab file you saved to install it.
6. Soft reset as mentioned above (just the red button, no volume keys)
7. Once device is sync'd to your PC again, Run the Topaz-HardSPL.exe from your desktop.
8. Follow the on screen prompts and when asked to donate, selecting yes "supposedly" ensures success, but you're taking a chance by giving away your money and waiting months for support.
If your progress bar goes to 100%, it probably worked and you will need to recheck your SPL and make sure it says "1.83.Olinex"
9. Once you've confirmed that you have successfully flashed to 1.83.Olinex, sync your phone to your PC again, go to my HSPL thread and download the HSPL2.51.nbh file and the Topaz Custom RUU.exe, place them into the same folder on your desktop and run the RUU.exe file.
10. Re-verify that your SPL now says 2.51.Olinex and your ready to flash any Topaz ROM from XDA.
If you have issues, go here and read about opening a support ticket.
Hope this helps.

You need to worry about HSPL first.
You cannot flash a PT ROM until you have completed this.
There are a few on XDA, you can find them with a search, but if you attempt to flash the ROM without HSPL, your phone will be an expensive paper weight.
