Forgive me if this is a stupid question with a really simple answer, but...
  What kind of backup software do you guys use?  anybody?  I was recently reminded how valuable a full backup can be if you are installing a bunch of stuff from various sources.  I'm not referring to a hard-reset, but somethign that will save all data and settings on my phone, like the Incite's Sprite Backup.

i use pim backup. it comes cooked into most custom roms. u can use sprite if u want too though, it and more r floatn around xda.

Sprite and SPB are the two that are used the most.  I personally prefer SPB.
